    Bennie has been involved in the MEP consulting design world for over 30 years. His unique perspective of thinking like an Owner has allowed him to become a trusted advisor to many Owners, Developers and Operators within the construction industry. His focus on sustainability and maintainability allows him to provide real time solutions to long term ownership results. While many owner project managers are focused on the day of ribbon cutting, he likes to advocate for the day after ribbon cutting when the Owner occupies and begins to operate the building. Bennie’s memberships include USGBC, ASHRAE and IIBEC.

    Clyde has been active in construction for most of his life. An insatiable learner, Clyde developed competencies in all aspects of construction development phases including Design, Planning, Implementation, Sustainability and Life Cycle Management. Originally from Miami, Clyde graduated with a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida in 1988 receiving his licensure the following Year. After a years gaining experience working for a major construction firm Carter & Burgess Inc., Clyde founded his first company, Rountree & Associates LLC providing a full suite of construction services and solutions for both residential and commercial projects. Clyde has also partnered with Huddleston-Steele Engineering Inc. to provide a full suite of land planning services for major residential and commercial developments. Clyde also serves on the Tennessee State Fair Executive Board and recently achieved his CPTED certification (CPD) which stands for “Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design.”
